I am in the process of taking legal action against this property manager. When I lived in the property, nothing got fixed on time. There were still open requests that were submitted months prior when I moved out. They canceled the electricity while I lived in the property and accused me of canceling it. You can barely understand what they are saying when you speak with them on the phone. I would STAY AWAY from this property manager whether you are a tenant or property owner. Awful experience!

Trusted property management has been great for me and my family so far. We have been renting a house from them for about 6 months now.
