Ever since we moved into the house, it’s been a constant struggle dealing with this property management company. The very first day we arrived, the carpets were covered in dog pee and poop. We sent photos and reported everything immediately, but they didn’t want to take responsibility. The carpet cleaner they sent even told us the carpets were too filthy to be cleaned and needed to be replaced and instead of addressing the issue, the property management got mad at him for agreeing with us.
