The worst properly management I ever worked with. Their application process is so prolonged and unnecessary requirements for documents. They said the homeowner wants a double security deposit for no reason. We have a great rental history, good credit score, a very good monthly, annual income. I know they didn't want to rent us the house because of our religion, ethnicity so they told us a about the double security deposit before they knew we are not going to agree to pay that money for no reason.
We lived in this property for 3.5 years, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing due to ongoing maintenance issues and poor management and lack of care by the landlord, Bobby. Throughout our lease, the AC unit broke down multiple times and was never properly repaired. Because of an unresolved leak, the home suffered significant water damage, which ultimately led to black mold developing inside the property.
