My AC has been broken for 2 weeks. They should be called Liars Property Management. It took a FULL week for them to respond to our first request we put into the website. They lied and said the AC people had been trying to reach us— neither my husband nor I got a single call— we knew they were lying. Then they say they are ACTUALLY waiting for approval from the owner to do a repair… I am sorry what? It takes a WEEK to not get a response? Then we proceed to start blowing them up.
