My fiancé and I moved into a home managed by Trusted Realty and Property Management less than a month ago, and the experience has been extremely disappointing from the start. On the day of move-in, we were told that one of the windows was broken—something we hadn’t been informed about beforehand. The window has a major crack running through the entire frame, which raises safety and security concerns.
