Once this company has you sign papers to take over your home but you are still on the mortgage, they don't keep in contact with you to let you know what is happening. You have to call and even then they will tell you I can't tell you how much your house sold for. I would never do business with them again. They weren't our choice, or daughter picked them because we were all on the mortgage together. We were led to from day one, telling us he wanted to buy the house for his mother, that didn't happen.
