Very disappointing experience. I contacted this company to present a business proposal, but the employee I spoke with was extremely rude, interrupted me before I could even introduce myself, and repeatedly said “No, No” in a disrespectful tone. I completely understand if a company is not interested in a service, but professionalism and basic courtesy should always be maintained. The way I was treated reflects very poorly on the company’s customer service standards and overall professionalism.
