I had an outstanding experience with this company. My AC stopped working yesterday evening, after normal business hours, and I called expecting to leave a message or wait several days because it’s the middle of summer in Austin. Instead, I spoke with the Service Manager John who was professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful. I can't recommend James enough. Before finding him, I had two other companies come out to look at my AC, and neither of them gave me the confidence that he did. James was incredibly honest, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue instead of rushing to a conclusion or trying to sell me unnecessary repairs. Our air conditioner went out on a Sunday, and Trusted Heating & Cooling came out the same day. They quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad fan motor. First thing Monday morning they had the replacement part ready, and by Monday afternoon it was installed and our house was cool again.
