Trusted Hands has been helping my Dad for several years. They are professional and most importantly caring. From the caregivers to the staff in the office. They are helpful and kind. I want to personally thank Jeff, Pam and Micaela for their kindness and support. My Dad was truly in "Trusted Hands".

Demetria from Trusted Hands provided excellent house cleaning services this morning. She politely called before arriving, arrived on time and pleasantly cleaned my main floor (living room/Kitchen) and upstairs bedroom and bath. On the main floor she mopped, swept and vacuumed; She dusted, and even cleaned a sliding glass door -- all very well done! Upstairs she vacuumed two bedrooms and cleaned the tub, toilet, and sink. Trusted Hands Senior Care agency, is very professional, caring, supportive, and punctual. My experience as a staff has been very impressive. Scheduling for services to seniors are at an all time high! I highly recommend trusted hands to service every senior that meets the qualifications, to receive service . I had training with our RN today and she was very effective and knowledgeable.

We are so grateful for all that Trusted Hands has done for us this week. Last Saturday I reached out to A Place for Mom with an urgent need to get care in place this week. I received a phone call from Pam with Trusted Hands on a Saturday which I was not expecting, but super grateful for. A little later that same day Monique called me and we got everything setup and they had someone here Wednesday morning. So far all the nurses and techs we have seen have been wonderful. Trusted Hands has been fantastic. They were very responsive when we urgently needed help over the holiday season. They provided caregivers long before other organizations even returned our calls. They have listened to our needs and have been very flexible and resourceful in meeting those needs. Everyone that we have encountered at Trusted Hands has been professional, kind and compassionate. I would gladly recommend their services to other families without hesitation.
