Monique and the team at Trusted Hands have been the most reliable resource we have found for navigating complex elder care decisions, government processes, etc. Even before they were working with us officially, the team was incredibly responsive and very knowledgeable. We learned more from them about how the Medicaid (and Medicaid Waiver/CCSP/EDWP) process works then from the actual agencies themselves. Trusted Hands has my highest possible recommendation.
