I had a very disappointing experience with Trusted Auto and would not recommend buying from them. I purchased a 2016 Ford F-150 for $30,000, and soon after, I realized the horn wasn’t working. Brought a car 2/5/2024 was told that the valve cover gasket needed to be replaced and they would pick the car up from me in Chicago ill and replace it and they came and picked the car up but when i went to get the car a week later and drove it home, as soon as I exited the expressway it started shaking, stalling and smoking I thought maybe they did not put oil in it. The came and got the car and left a loaner car. I was told they put the wrong gasket and it was leaking oil and again they returned the car and this time it kep... read more
