EDIT: I can no longer recommend this company. The last car I purchased, they never sent the title information to the state. Lots of excuses for months and they finally sent someone to “expedite” it, but that required different plates. AND, they mis-spelled my name. So then they couldn’t/wouldn’t do the correction. I had to navigate the Secretary of State’s departments to finally convince them to issue a title with the correct spelling of my name. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and also sold my previous vehicle to them as part of the transaction in November 2025. As part of the deal, the dealership was responsible for paying off my existing loan/lien with Ally Financial. After repeated follow-ups over several weeks, Ally confirmed that the account was not paid off and the lien remained open. The dealership repeatedly claimed payoff had been sent.
