Happy to report once again that Trustco Bank has come through as my preferred bank now for over 30 years! I had a miner issue that needed attending to. I was taken care of in a very professional manner by the manager, Chad Smith at the Congress Street Branch. He took time to assure me that the issue would be taken care of for me and left me with no worries whatsoever. It has been resolved. Thank Chad for Your professionalism and for your kindness. I look forward to continued years of business.
Customer service at the Congress Plaza branch has been excellent. Branch manager Chad Smith has been very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Over all he has been extremely helpful. Tellers have been excellent as well. Good experience all around.
