Branch manager Chad Smith was excellent in troubleshooting and correcting a statement error, and also took the time to explain various banking options to help me maximize the interest we earn on several accounts.

Weeks later I received confirmation from corporate but Chad’s prompt attention let me reach out to the client quickly.
