Was looking to open a new credit card and after numerous providers letting me down I called trustco bank, Etienne helped me over the phone with amazing customer service and I opened a new card within minutes! I would definitely recommend him to others looking to do the same! Amazing company!
Etienne Gervasio is an upstanding guy. Went to lunch in Saratoga with him. Very informative and overall a good vibe to him.
The staff here is great, everyone was so welcoming at the Northern Pines branch. Especially the new branch manager!
This branch is an amazing place to take your business too. The manager Etienne is an amazing employee very helpful, kind, and is always willing to help with any problem one has. The employees there are nice as well and helpful.
This branch helped me a lot especially since I didn’t understand withdrawal slips, helped me fill it out and where to get them. The tellers were very nice, managers were also helpful when they weren’t assisting someone else.
