Branch Manager Ashley Charpentier is amazing. Very helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. Its a really nice clean branch and always a pleasure to go there.
Was looking to open a new credit card and after numerous providers letting me down I called trustco bank, Etienne helped me over the phone with amazing customer service and I opened a new card within minutes! I would definitely recommend him to others looking to do the same! Amazing company!
Etienne Gervasio is an upstanding guy. Went to lunch in Saratoga with him. Very informative and overall a good vibe to him.
The staff here is great, everyone was so welcoming at the Northern Pines branch. Especially the new branch manager!
