I've been seeing Ms.Raven for a while now and I truly cannot thank her enough. From the first session, she created a peaceful, safe space where I felt completely comfortable opening up. Her calm and grounding presence makes it easier to express even the most difficult emotions. I always leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and more in tune with myself. I found this practice and scheduled an appointment online with Jaclyn. The next day my appointment request was declined. No big deal, I scheduled another one.. this time for a further out date. Jackie ghosted me. I called and emailed attempting to schedule with her for weeks, then finally the receptionist Raichelle informed me that Jackie did not want to work with me anymore. Jackie also failed to offer an explanation as to why. Would not recommend her at all. I felt we built a good rapport and trust, so she completely let me down.
