I wish I could Give more than 5 stars. Kate is a magician. I went To her the first time with a work related injury that was causing me intense pain to the point that I couldn’t sleep at night. We did a 90 min massage where she concentrated mostly on that area and when I left her the pain was completely gone and never returned. I have Also seen her a few times for craniosacral therapy, to work through some PTSD from a recent event. Katie is spends time talking about what I need to make my muscles feel better. And then she gets the job done. Katie is the best massage therapist I have used and I’ve tried more than a handful of different therapists.
Kate has really helped me recover from back pain and regain range of motion from shoulder issues. She knows her muscles and is very attentive and thorough. I highly recommend her.
Absolutely love going to Trust massage. Katie is always so attentive to what I need working on. The atmosphere is relaxing. Hands down my favorite place to go for a massage.
