Katie is spends time talking about what I need to make my muscles feel better. And then she gets the job done. Katie is the best massage therapist I have used and I’ve tried more than a handful of different therapists.
Kate has really helped me recover from back pain and regain range of motion from shoulder issues. She knows her muscles and is very attentive and thorough. I highly recommend her.

Kate has this way about her where your are absolutely comfortable on the table, even though you might be in pain from your injury. Kate is experienced and professional. Her tone is voice is comforting and peaceful. She is an expert in her craft. You can rely wholeheartedly on her to repair damage done through work, exercise, or just sleeping in a wrong position. Also, just a note. If there is damage she can't fix, she will tell you and recommend you to another professional. She is honest.
