Tried to help my son get set up with them as his rep payee. They kept demanding docs that don’t exist, and wouldn’t accept the proof that they don’t exist. Like, literally demanded paystubs from a job he never had, and wouldn’t look at proof otherwise. “No, send what we asked for ONLY” she said.
