Poor quality built homes.
I purchased a home in Prairie Pass from Trust Homes in May 2023. And here it is the 2nd week (3.5 weeks later) of June and I am already having to file a lawsuit for them to correct problems they committed to fixing for the closing but never did. Weeks have gone by with no response and empty promises. Not at all happy with my decision and would advise looking for an alternate builder.
