I have been with Trust Home Care for close to 2 yrs. I have had good & not so good workers from Trust. If there is ever a problem, I always talk about the problem with someone from the office, usually ending with Roman. He's been fair, & always makes things right. If it means a new worker or new hours, times or days, Roman talks with me & we work it out. I have been with other agencies, I like Trust 👍, & the people I have spoke with. Waited an hour for an interview and still didn't get seen disappointed and I drove an hour
This company is a joke and I’m gonna say it’s called trust because you can’t trust them. Don’t trust them. There is no trust there and I resent to they sent out here and I resent this company for helping to elevate my already underlying health condition by bringing me the stress, etc. and I don’t want anything to do with him anymore. In fact if I had to give up this voucher or work with trust I would just give it up. Does that tell you anything?
