Knowledgeable Customer Service Reps, namely Sherri and Rachel, and Loan Officers like Kevin Perry (the Rockstar of Loans), guided by the best Management Team in the business. The best financial institute ive ever dealt with. So good that even when I moved out of the area 2500 miles away I kept them. Back in the area again so glad I never gave them up. Never an issue with customer service or anyone in the loan department. This Credit Union is superior to any ive dealt with in my life.
