When I bought the vehicle everybody was nice and treated me nicely I've had the car for 3 months and now the water pump went out it died on the highway the timing belt is out and leak water into the motor and now the motor is shot and now they're telling me it's going to be $3,500 to fix, OK here is my update I wrote this when I was upset the insurance company came thru and paid for a motor and for a rental car and when I posted this the trust family called me and wanted me to give them an update and and see if there's anyth... read more
We thought we're completely out of luck when my engine blew in my 6 yr old Traverse. But, after a few prayers, Mark and Brian had me into a beautiful car before I knew it!! I can not say enough about their customer service! Trust Family Auto truly carers about their customers. I highly recommend them!!

They price the cars about 2 or 3 times what they are worth. They try to rip you off. I left the lot disgusted. I know dealers mark them up but that's ridiculous. And after reading other reviews. I won't be back. Way to go trust family. Or should I say no trust family.
I've only just bought my vehicle..but I want to say, as a woman, it's not always fun to shop for cars. You can feel taken advantage of...but I truly felt I was treated very well and they all listened to my questions and concerns. I believe I got a good and fair deal at Trust Family. I would recommend them :-)
