Christopher Phan is the most rude, snarky, and unprofessional agent I’ve ever met. He clearly didn’t want to be there for our appt which was on a Saturday afternoon. Both my husband and I work full time and we have two young kids so it’s not easy for us to break away and the only time we have is on weekends.
