I recently made an appointment for cornrows. When I arrived she said that she doesn't do short hair. When I inquired about the return of my deposit she lied and said that her website says she doesn't do short hair(she updated the website after our conversation) and that she wouldn't return my deposit because someone else could've been in that time slot. Deposits are not to be kept when services are not rendered especially when the stylist cancels the appointment. I'm really disappointed that a stylist with such great reviews... read more
Love this place! Natasha is incredibly talented and professional and you will be happy you found her. She has the customer service and business systems in place to thrive for a long time. I moved back to town last year and one of the highlights has been finding her shop.
