The attorney was able to obtain a satisfactory settlement from the third-party auto insurance company, and I appreciate the effort put into resolving the case. However, despite having solid evidence of injury, eyewitnesses, a police report, 100% acceptance of liability by the insurance company in our favor, and intensive treatment records, the case was dragged into the pre-trial phase and became prolonged longer than expected.
