You ever stop and think that maybe he was just having a bad day? No you didn’t. Maybe next time think before you go out of your way to write a negative review on someone you don’t know. Thanks!
My husband and I came through here and noticed a lacking in customer service. The man had acted as if he disliked the job he chose to apply at. There is nothing I hate more than a middle aged adult behaving this way. I believe he said his name was Will. I made sure my husband asked so next time we can ensure that we don’t have any assistance from him. He was extremely rude and unhelpful I would recommend finding a better employee to work with if you want a job well done.
Just got the membership and it's honestly worth it and I love it and love how the staff always jump to help and could've been user error but I'm pretty sure the mat vac is broke and kinda upsetting but still 5 stars because it's just really nice and cool car wash
I normally don’t leave reviews, but in this case I believe it’s necessary. I remember when this carwash was getting close to opening. After being built. A friend and I were discussing about getting a membership there. So I called to ask some questions about the different membership options. As well as pricing. It was the district manager that I talked to. He was rude, and acted like he didn’t want to be bothered, or asked any questions. He was very short, and in a hurry with me. The quality of the wash depends on who is working on any given day. Sometimes it's one of the best washes I've had, and other times the rain could do a better job. However, what really irritates me is they raised they membership prices by 3$ without telling anyone. I wasn't using the membership as much as I should have last month (which is my own fault), and when I finally went in I saw my tier had jumped up 3$ for the same basic wash that received (yet again) very little attention from the attendants.
