listen here Barbara, I went to the car wash the other day and Will was the one taking care of me. He was very helpful and took very good care of me. You ever stop and think that maybe he was just having a bad day? No you didn’t. Maybe next time think before you go out of your way to write a negative review on someone you don’t know. Thanks!
My husband and I came through here and noticed a lacking in customer service. The man had acted as if he disliked the job he chose to apply at. There is nothing I hate more than a middle aged adult behaving this way. I believe he said his name was Will. I made sure my husband asked so next time we can ensure that we don’t have any assistance from him. He was extremely rude and unhelpful I would recommend finding a better employee to work with if you want a job well done.
Was not to busy. Went through and they did great job getting my truck ready to go through car wash. I didn’t have time to use vacuum cleaner on this trip but on previous trip they worked great!
Just got the membership and it's honestly worth it and I love it and love how the staff always jump to help and could've been user error but I'm pretty sure the mat vac is broke and kinda upsetting but still 5 stars because it's just really nice and cool car wash
Very very very good vacuums!! Great customer service. Great wash. Plenty of rags, and window cleaner. Even a little air blower thing for crevices.
