I had a subscription to their monthly car wash for one month. Half way through the month, I noticed their brushes put micro scratches onto my vehicle. It had 1800 miles on the vehicle. I brought it back onto the lot after I noticed and because I didn't notice it right after it happened, they said they couldn't do anything. I would understand if I had a higher mileage car but for my brand new car to be scratched up and they didnt wanna look at it nor report it to someone because I drove off the parking lot is absurd. listen here Barbara, I went to the car wash the other day and Will was the one taking care of me. He was very helpful and took very good care of me. You ever stop and think that maybe he was just having a bad day? No you didn’t. Maybe next time think before you go out of your way to write a negative review on someone you don’t know. Thanks!
My husband and I came through here and noticed a lacking in customer service. The man had acted as if he disliked the job he chose to apply at. There is nothing I hate more than a middle aged adult behaving this way. I believe he said his name was Will. I made sure my husband asked so next time we can ensure that we don’t have any assistance from him. He was extremely rude and unhelpful I would recommend finding a better employee to work with if you want a job well done.
Just got the membership and it's honestly worth it and I love it and love how the staff always jump to help and could've been user error but I'm pretty sure the mat vac is broke and kinda upsetting but still 5 stars because it's just really nice and cool car wash
I have a membership here but vacuums are always clogged or not working...today iI had to move to vaccuum multiple times... One didnt work...The other 2 completely clogged up..I told the guy...He did nothing ...These should be checked every 30 minutes and signs posted if not working..Also trash is always full...
