Always very professional and personable when meeting him.
Doctor Dang is very professional and helpful. He takes his time to explain everything and give you what you need. He is an asset to Kaiser. Kaiser, however has too many robotic telephone answering systems that make contacting your doctor next to impossible and very frustrating. Kaiser needs to eliminate robotic systems and bring a live person to answer your calls. It seems Kaiser does not want to interact with its patients or make it easy to get what you need done.
