Had a PFO breakdown of Laser Welding, waited for 3 weeks w/o a quote back, might take another 4months to get a replacement! If you have a service request, there is no such a simple team to find, but all kinds of application/training/service/repair/spare parts team, and they don't cover Or talk to each other.
