Great food! (even gluten free) Great place! We love the food and the atmosphere. Can't believe that everything on the menu can be ordered gluten free if desired! The prices are reasonable considering the quality of the food! As a result we go often. HIghly recommend.
Staff meeting room We had our staff dinner in their fireside room. Wonderful atmosphere along with friendly service and great food. Highly recommend reserving this space to pamper your staff.

What a find! – Had lunch in Mount Vernon today at The Trumpeter. It was an amazing gem found only by following a simple sandwich board off a main street in Mount Vernon. What a find it was! Great atmosphere (pub style but with better ambiance) and a creative menu featuring organic and local ingredients. The food was amazing and thoughtfully prepared! We had the gorgonzola and balsamic stuffed crimini mushrooms to start and were not let down by the main dishes. Even the salad dressings were fresh, homemade and unique.
