As a current employee, I've had nothing short of heartfelt deep gratitude for the support the staff has showed me. Im obligated to travel abroad to attend family affairs and sometimes it's for unspecified time, and at least once a year minimum. When I return and my availability gets updated, they pair me up with kiddos. If kiddos cancel theres compensation opportunity. I absolutely loved my experience as a therapist, associate clinician, and BCBA here at Trumpet. This was my first job out of undergrad and after 6 and a half years, I never looked back. The directors, the clinicians, the therapists, the admin staff, and the families all made my time in the San Jose location enjoyable and fulfilling. TBH recently made scheduling changes without notifying any families and removed therapists without any prior notification. CEO didn't even send out an email or show any transparency. Beware, they are unwilling to work with the families schedules. Their Director insinuated that if families don't fall in line with TBH's hours of 8-3 PM (so they can make their money), families might as well leave as they don't want to work with families schedules.
