Great management company – I am writing this as a former tenant. I lived in a property managed by Trump for over 10 years. Any issue at the townhome was taken care of immediately - furnace not working at 10 on a Saturday night - someone was there by 11. Everyone I dealt with durning my long tenure as a tenant was pleasant and responsive. Great people!
Best property management company I ever used – Sure would recommend them to any property owners in Colorado. They are very responsible for their work,. I never have any problems with the clients they sign up. Timely delivery of checks and detailed receipts of any work done. If you are looking for a property management company, you should definitely give them a call.
Highly recommended - Attentive, Couteous & Professional – I highly recommend Trump Property Management as I can speak from a tenant's perspective. I have never been disappointed by long wait times for any request I have made. The staff is accomodating and take care of emergency repairs within hours. Bad Just stay away from these people – Management is an overstatement. The home they rented for me while I was out of state got trashed by the tenants. Yes, they collected the rent but they also let 2 dogs live in the house -- even though this was not allowed in our agreement. The result is that I have to replace carpets and floors before I can move my family back or rent it again. Repairs and maintenance were never done and I'm going to have to hire a plumber to get the house back in livable condition. These people just did... read more
Experience with Trump Property Management – The Experience that I reviewed from Trump Property Management was very non satisfying. The management team was very non-professional and not flexible to personal/customer needs. I do not recommend this company to anyone unless you are not worried about your personal decissions not to be addressed or taken seriously. Please use caution with this company, and to remember that the service you get may not be what you get or want.
