We had an excellent stay staff was wonderful! Had a issue checking in but the lady at front desk worked with us and got everything straightened out. Rooms were great with breaking taking views. Again was and excellent stay!
Business response:
We're thrilled to hear you had a wonderful stay Tom!
Our group had some cocktails on the 16th floor. The cocktails were original and superb! Our bartender was full of Chicago knowledge and gave us some great ideas for finish out an exciting day in the Windy City. Whether a guest or not, I suggest at drink on the 16th floor!
Business response:
We look forward to having you back at Sixteen Melissa!
He must be over compensating to feel the need to put his name that big on everything.
I was across the street protesting. I wouldn't spend one cent, on anything related to this asshole. Donald Trump can fuck off die.
Beautiful place inside and out. Loved it! Very classy!
I attended an event and the hors d'ourves and service were excellent!
I'd never stay at that racist hotel. As far as I'm concerned the Trump name is as offensive and racist as the Confederate Flag. Cut off his income by boycotting all Trump family products.
The rooms and staff are superb at this hotel. Disregard the negative reviews here. They are obviously written by reviewers who did not stay here.
Extravagant Excellence. Professional to the extreme.
