Very impressive
Absolutely beautiful with incredible views of the river and the city. The service is incredible and they really cater to family, lots of fun for the kids. I definitely recommend this hotel and have stayed here a couple of times.
This hotel has been fabulous. We forgot life jackets for the kids, they had extra. When I’ve ordered room service I had a lot of request, they got every order correct, when we enter and leave the hotel they greet us by name. This service is 100% - one of the best Forbes hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

We had dinner on the terrace. It was the worst dinner and service we have ever experienced. Server had no knowledge of customer service, the food was disgusting and overpriced. Besides the terrace views this place is a waste of time and money. Very disappointed.
If u choose to spend your $ to support of the most selfish men on earth & his greedy family; you should be ashamed of yourself!

It was straight, friendly staff the Deluxe king with the river view is the best option especially if your trying to get lit. Thanks Chicago I’ll be back.
Wonderful place!!! We loved our room. People were great pleasant & very helpful. The only complaint is my robe was dirty it had stains on it and our room service was about 15 minutes late. I would love to come back for a stay.
I will give the hotel the rating based on the hotel and service not any hatred for a person. I have stayed at top notch hotels and have never had better service or nicer staff. This is a hotel to stay at if you are looking for the extra. We are already planning another stay.
