I only spent one night in the Trump hotel Chicago.i live in Ireland.my daughter and two Granddaughters were with me as it was my birthday.they live in Chicago.I loved every minute of my stay.we had birthday breakfast on Saturday morning where I was given a complimentary Bellini. All the staff in the hotel are highly trained...very polite and pleasant.Thank you.

Very overrated. Dirty room. Impolite staff.
Our party of 4 was on the 16th Floor patio on Saturday evening, August 18, 2018 celebrating a birthday. Elevators were s-l-o-w. Bartenders were not quick with orders and not friend either. Not one smile�nothing. Perhaps the one who took the order should be the one who fills the order...just a thought from a paying customer. Did not listen to our request of individual checks either. Yes the view is great, but if service is not up to par there are quite a number of other places in Chicago were the service is beyond par.
