Swiped our card twice and held double the amount they should have, then said they didn't. Took forever to get it straightened out. Nice resort other than that.
The front desk staff is rude all morning, afternoon and night.

Trump is a very nice place that u could get both ways the tennis court is off the hook the gym room is crazy meaning nice if I was rich I would live at the trump.

Watch out during late night swims or dips in hot tub. We spotted a giant rat climbing a palm tree! Bartender said they often hang out in the trees!!! So gross!
Hotel service is poor. The best service was at the bar. Go figure. Internet didn't work at first and is slow. Concierge claims they can't send out UPS packages, and the impression I got was laziness.
