Lori is not only a quality, conscientious trainer, but she knows from her own experience that change is slow, setbacks happen, and habits take a while to form. She is patient, alert, and caring as she instructs. She accepts people where they are, and yet helps them push themselves to get strong. What I love most is that Trumi Woodbury South targets our aging demographic...and this program can help people with quality of life now and into the future. BRAVO!

When Lori first mentioned she was starting a fitness program, my only comment was "I wish I lived closer"! She is patient, organized, educated, and dedicated to helping others become physically fit. She has that "encouraging gene" that will help clients reach their goals. I encourage you to give her the opportunity to work with you and I believe you will be thrilled with the results.
