Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Does this pediatrician use current and safe equipment? Yes Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Did this pediatrician have good bedside manner and were they well-liked by your child? Yes, and my child loves them! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Dr Bonheim is always great, the other doctor's bed side manners are not so great, little personalities. They paid close attention to me and most of my questions were answered for the most part. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Their nurses are rude and always seemed annoyed with the children and the one reception is awful. I have had issue with the one receptionist being rude a handful of time in the last 3 years, and now I am leaving because of it. Very upsetting, but I don't really have att... read more

Did the pediatrician ever make you feel like an inadequate parent? Not at all! They were very encouraging and supportive Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. The office was easy enough to find. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
