The staff is nice but it wasn't very busy at all but they took a long time to come in the room and talk to us or anything.
RecommendedHave gone here a few times for both myself and my husband. Have gotten to know a lot of the staff because of this, and they are real friendly. Only time we've had issues is when something happens out of there control, like waiting on cat scan results when I was there.
Well for one they shouldn't leave the elderly and the emergency room for over 10 hours in those awful er beds. My mom been here since 11 n now they decide to admit her. Let's see how long that takes to put her in a room. She was suppose to have a test done around 4 n she didn't have till 7. That's ridiculous!! She almost 90 for god sake. Put a rush on the elderly. It's hard for them lay in those beds longer then 6 hours let alone over 10. Going on over an hour now to be transported to a room!!!! Smh!!
Dr. Rau is the best! He was there in the room for my son way before the nurse even came in, and came back in with his school excuse and when they had to change his meds!
My care was excellent there. A five in the morning, after being there all night, the receptionists were even cheerful when checking me in.
emergency room was horrible. was in there 9 hours. 4 of which were waiting for a bed on the unit. unit clerk in emergency room was very unprofessional and nasty to.me.
If I could give zero stars I would. I can not tell you which is worse, the care I received, or the incompetence of the billing department. I am glad I was only visiting the area. If you live here I feel sorry for you.
