RecommendedMRI nurses on 4th an 1st floor were great, explained everything that they were going to do, and promised not to hurt me and stuck by his promise
It was so cold in the room with the Air running and when ask if it could be turned we were told no they had no control over the air
We where here Sunday wasn't to impressed with how thing's went but Thursday they did a fabulous job and took great care of my sister the 8'th floor nurses and team are some top notch people who care about there patients. Thank you so much for the quality care you are giving my sister and explaining things in detail about her care and diagnosis.��
I was in ER for about 6hrs,they came in and told me what they were going to do,only to sit around for couple hrs nothing done,then Dr checked me,and was told again what they were going to do,then hr or so later,brought me stuff to drink,then hr or so surgeon came in and pushed my hernia back into position,then another hr or more took me for catscan,then another hr or so before being released,neve did get pain meds,they offered a scrip before I left,it would be nice to be informed about what all the waiting is about,it would ... read more

You were all very professional and friendly during my mother in laws extended stay and did a great job keeping my mother in law (Laura Chaney), wife and myself comfortable and informed during a really hard time.
