I just started renting from Trumark and they’ve been amazing so far! Everyone has been really friendly, and they were able to get me through the approval process and let me sign the lease fairly quickly. Would recommend getting in touch with them for apartments around Glendale and Pasadena.
Our toilet and bathtub aren't draining. We called the after hours line and were told no one could fix it until the next day. We have 2 children and ONE bathroom. Where are they supposed to go potty??? I was laughed at and hung up on.
This is a warning to anyone looking to rent from Trumark. Every time something goes out in apartment I end up waiting several days or more before they get anyone out to fix issue. Usually because it happens on weekend and they don’t pay extra for weekend repairs. Today I called because I had unauthorized use of my bank account and was $36 short of $995 total. Trumark bought the apartments that I live in probably about 6 months ago. They do not answer questions over the phone, they do not respond to emails. Our previous rental company used to spray the exteriors of our property every summer and Trumark obviously did not this year because our apartment has black widow spiders and a HUGE infestation of ants now that it's so hot out! I have lived here for many years and they refuse to fix anything. Walls in both bedrooms have been destroyed (by the workers) and the owners refuse to re-plaster and fix them. My windows do not have locks on them, they have entered my apartment without notifying me,refuse to answer calls and continue to increase the rent. Aside from this we have not had managers for over a year so we have no one to take our concerns to! If you have the option do NOT move into any trumark owned building.
