Had an engine replaced and they did a phenomenal job getting it in, done quickly. Look forward to doing more business with them!
I was driving down the interstate and my car stopped accelerating. After a quick Google of nearby mechanics I stopped off at Trumans. I figured Id be stuck at the mechanic all afternoon but I wasn't. There was no BS. They got the car in and had new parts delivered to the shop with in the hour. The parts were all installed within less than another hour. Price was reasonable, actually lower than I was expecting.
They did a great job on our Lexus! We had our timing belt, other 2 belts, and water pump replaced. The quote was pretty spot on and the gentleman I worked with was super nice! I will definitely go back!

If your looking for a local shop with competitive pricing and honest work ethics look no further than Truman's Auto, right outside of Altoona. I called Richard around 9am looking for my car to be seen by a mechanic after calling EVERY shop within a 10 mile radius, and Richard was able to fit me in and look at my car WITHIN 15 MINUTES of hanging up the phone with him.
