I've had my car serviced here several times since moving to Altoona, and every experience has been great. As a younger woman, I always get a little anxious going to a new auto shop because I worry about being pressured into repairs or services I don't actually need. I never felt that way here. I was driving down the interstate and my car stopped accelerating. After a quick Google of nearby mechanics I stopped off at Trumans. I figured Id be stuck at the mechanic all afternoon but I wasn't. There was no BS. They got the car in and had new parts delivered to the shop with in the hour. The parts were all installed within less than another hour. Price was reasonable, actually lower than I was expecting.
They did a great job on our Lexus! We had our timing belt, other 2 belts, and water pump replaced. The quote was pretty spot on and the gentleman I worked with was super nice! I will definitely go back!
