Dr. Truman has single handedly saved my life. She's not just my doctor, she's my hero.
Dr Truman-Kraft takes the time to discuss and consider all issues with her patients and has always shown excellent efforts in practice. It is rare to find a doctor who cares about her patients and does not rush fokls in based on a time schedule. Yes there may be a delay but good things are worth waiting for when you have a doctor who cares for her patients and has an excellent practice. Both my wife nd i are very honored to have her and Dr. Files as our family doctors.
Even her staff comments on how often and how far she runs behind schedule. The exam room had so much dirt on the window sill you could write in it. The same exam room has window blinds open right out onto the sidewalk and the parking lot giving anyone a view in. The pillow case and cover for the exam table appeared to have not been changed. Staff although not nasty tend to be terse and short. While waiting 5 staff member had congregated at the front desk and were upset when asked about the wait.
She's a wonderful doctor. Been seeing her for many years. She is always right on the money with the diagnosis. Very professional and has a wonderful personality.
