I had a 1 pm telehealth appt. scheduled with this practice that never materialized. I called to follow up a few times. At 2:30, an advocate from my insurance company called the office with me on the line. Dorothy, the practice manager indicated that they had been trying to reach me. When she found out I was on the line, she back pedaled and apparently they didn't call me but it was somehow my fault. Dr Truman was my doctor until she she changed practices. We tried following her but the distance was not convenient for us. She is one of the best doctors I've ever had. She listens and cares about her patients.

Rudest doctor I have ever seen. Laughed at me when I told her I was in pain. She told me not possible. Will never see her again!

She is very considerate of everything you have to say & genuinely respects your own efforts towards maintaining your health. Dr. Truman is right there to partner with you & help you along your journey to better health. I was thrilled at the availability of appointments with her. Scheduling an appointment with her was quick & easy, & she is a phenomenal provider whose considerate attentiveness is quite an asset to the Hatboro Medical Associates professional corporation.

My previous doctor left the practice and I could not be happier to have met Dr. Truman Kraft. She listened to me and was genuinely interested in helping me feel better! I have been through lots of doctors and have been very frustrated for a long time. I texted my husband while I was there telling him that I finally met a doctor who listens and cares!!! As for the negative responses that she is late, it is probably bc she doesn't rush her patients and listens to them unlike so many other doctors.

When I had to change practices unexpectedly after 25 years with my old practice, they recommended Dr. Truman--and I was not disappointed! It was heart wrenching for us to have to look for another doctor's office due to insurance issues with a practice that had been bought out by St Marys (and they didn't take our insurance), but Dr Truman made me feel welcome and tried her best to make a horrible situation and transition as seamless as possible--and she succeeded. I am truly devastated she left

Very rude and uppity. The length of time I had to wait was so unreasonable! I could hear her socializing outside the exam room for nearly 15 minutes when she was already nearly an hour late. When she finally entered the room she was snippy and unapologetic. Certianly NOT worth the wait!

She has been our doctor for years. She takes the time to listen to her patients. She diagnosed my husband when no other doctor could. I have never had so much trust in a doctor as I did Dr. Truman-Kraft. My husband feels the same way. We sent co-workers to her and everyone stayed with her. I am devastated to see she has moved to another practice. It will be very hard to find anyone as good in our area. To those of you about to become her patient, you are in excellent hands.
