If you’re feeling off balance, drained, and sore, go see Alexa at Truly Rooted. I not only left with a plan to get my nutrition back in check, but also feeling renewed and like I’d just been through a taffy puller (in the best way). I’ve been following her plan for me and have already seen it’s effects less than a month later too!
Got a reiki session done with Alexa and I feel absolutely amazing. Super clean space, comfortable, and relaxing. I highly suggest seeing her!
