Customer service was friendly. Although, while I was on the phone scheduling the appointment and describing the reason for my call, the customer service rep sorta jumped the gun (without seeing photos) and said she thought we had termites (which made my stomach drop and left me panicking all weekend until the service rep could make it out the following Monday) based on my explanation.
