Stay away from Truly Nolen...they will scare you and then over promise and under deliver all while running with your money. They promised they would send someone out everyday to check on rodents and in 8 days sent someone out twice. When I called the manager Rafael Masferrer he said that's what the contract said. No where can I find it in the contract plus what should matter is what his representative Manny Sanchez promised verbally to my face while taking my money.
