Predatory business practices...BEWARE! Sign up for one year, prepay, then they continue to bill you afterwards. They prey on the elderly retired by sneaking in a clause of automatic renewal but they dont warn you that you are being auto renewed at the end of the year. Suddenly you get a bill !!!! They email me for everything else but NO WARNING of auto renew. Service manager refused to drop the charge, indicating their intention to trap people with this contract trickery. Stay away from Truly Nolen...they will scare you and then over promise and under deliver all while running with your money. They promised they would send someone out everyday to check on rodents and in 8 days sent someone out twice. When I called the manager Rafael Masferrer he said that's what the contract said. No where can I find it in the contract plus what should matter is what his representative Manny Sanchez promised verbally to my face while taking my money. Terrible!!!!!!! – Terrible, terrible experience. We had rats in the attic and they said they could get rid of them. They put cheap traps you can buy at the hardware store for $1.99 up in the attic and put little mesh wire over our vents. Then they show up every other day to check your traps, but don't tell you when they are coming. Sometimes they wouldn't show up for a week at a time and no one would call us back. phriend99 – I have used this company in the past...they are expensive, but good. I was pretty satisfied until I found out they sponsor a VERY nasty radio program here in South Florida. It is on a pay station...1470 AM...I think on the weekends. I heard it once and that was enough for me...the hosts (there were 2) are very anti-American and just plain nasty and mean...Truly Nolan is the main sponsor for this show and it made me not want to use the company ever again.
