I would truly recommend this company and especially Steve Pitchford to provide residential or commercial pest control. Steve Pitchford has been our pest control man here at the office for a little under a year. He is very knowledgeable and very informative. He makes sure we don't have to deal with critters from the outside to the inside. He checks for spider webs, ant beds, and wasp nest ever service visit.
So, this is our experience with Truly Nolen. Kevin came out on a Wednesday to confirm we had bed bugs. The same day we e-mailed a contract back over to them. Didn't hear back Thursday, Friday so I called the office on Saturday. We were told that Kevin was on vacation until Monday. Spoke to him on Monday, he said he was on his way to another appt. that would take him an hour and then he would call back. We never heard from him again. Unacceptable!
very good service. we've been happy with the results on the pest control.
Need 2 persons to complete the require treatment.Holes in the wall are exposed.Other holes are not completed neatly.Floors are stain with chemical.And most important the attic was not completed because of time constraints.
Both the lawn and exterior service is performed very professional. Everyone is very courteous and has high regards for my property
WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. HUGE MIXUP IN MY APPOINTMENT - WRONG STREET AND CITY - DISPATCHED TO OTHER SIDE OF STATE. In trying to call their customer service number.. 45 minutes on hold waiting to talk to a human being before hanging up.... then another call requesting to speak to a manager.... on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up.
