Truly Nolen has been a nightmare since I cancelled their service. Even though they recently issued a $140.00 refund to me after the debacle explained below, I have now received 2 letters from a collections agency which claim I owe an unpaid balance of $84.00. I called Truly Nolen's corporate office in May 2018 to inquire about an additional charge in excess of my monthly service fee.
