Truly Nolen is an unusual name for a business but they are more than just a name. I’ve had service from this office since I purchased my home in Oct 2021. They show up on time, provide excellent service every time, and my assigned technician,,Tim, is pretty much like family at this point. He & I have a great relationship and I trust Tim’s knowledge and they is always doing what is in my best interest, not what makes the most money or giving the minimum effort and expecting the max rewards or appreciation! Excellent customer service but we still hear crickets in the house. And just killed one.
Both technicians came at the same time, worked around each other (post control and termite inspection), no issues. Both were very professional and pleasant.
