This is the branch that I feel at home the most. Manager David and his staff is working patiently and efficiently as they can to serve the best interest of the members. Positive energy, respect and patience is what I see in the culture of this branch with David’s leadership. I am blessed to be a Truliant member and reside close to this branch !
I can't seem to ever get ahold of someone in the office, the phone tree makes it near impossible. I have contacted this company many times,leaving voicemails and have sent emails and the only way I am able to speak with someone is if I go to there in person and wait to speak with them. I had my car refinanced with Truliant, and the Title has been lost. The supervisor I contacted stated that this happens frequently, but I have not been notified that they did not have my Title.
