Terrible warranty after the sale. Beware of this company. Rude and inconsiderate staff in the warranty department.
So sad to spend so much money and find that a lot of what the salesperson told you, is not true. Example: there are CC&R's in place and every home in the subdivision must abide by them. Truth: at least one home with colored shed in back yard, is exempt from HOA membership because of a deal they made with Truland. They park on the street, and do not adhere to the CC&R's. Nice neighborhoods and homes, great floor plans etc. Overall these are nice homes however quality is suspect. Inferior paint and carpeting, low quality lumber on framing, low end garage doors, are not what is expected at cost of these homes. Our first month in our new home and the entire garage door collapsed. Thankfully no one was injured.
