My mom lives in a patio home. Had a reputable roofing service lined up but the neighbors had to be difficult so she agreed to let them use Truitts. They have left a mess, Parked the trailer in her driveway overnight, and blocked her car in the garage. Also disabled her Satalite dish and just left it dangling. She was told she would have to have somebody to reinstall, which now she has to spend another 150.00 to get that done
I have a leaking gutter that they installed. I have called 5 times with only one return call stating they would be out to fix it. they haven't been out or called back since, this has been one month ago.my father had their roof replaced by them as well. He has multiple leaks now and ceiling damage. they came out and fixed the leak but still haven't fixed his ceiling damage and won't call him back. Run away from Truitts. they are going under I believe.
A year ago I had my roof replaced by Truitt's and in the contract it states that decking would be replaced as needed and we talked about the seem where it was leaking in the kitchen and in the bed room and I was assured that the deck would be replaced now there is a soft spot over the bedroom and a leak in the kitchen. I had Mr. ****** at my home to look at in September and he told me it would be after October and into November before he could get any one out.
