I am a new client to Truist and have jumped in to all their opportunities. I see a psychiatric nurse practitioner for my meds, a psychiatrist for Sprovato treatment-resistant depression and a therapist. I have found the staff at Truist to be professional, kind and helpful. Special shout out to Cynthia at the Front Desk who handles everything with poise, humor and warmth. Edit: Changed my 5 stars to 2 stars. Very disappointed. We are so grateful for the excellent mental health support we’ve received at Truist. As a family new to the practice, our experience has exceeded our expectations. The front desk staff is always kind, courteous, and helpful, both on the phone and in person. They make every visit smooth and welcoming. I went into a nursing home 9/27/24 and came out 4/19/25 with trauma from the nursing home after taking care of my bedridden husband for 7 years by myself. 3 of which I took care of him by myself, no help, 24/7. I had a doctor but no psychologist, no family help and I'm disabled. I'm so blessed to have been referred to Dr Kaur. The staff and doctor Kaur is very helpful and very polite anytime I text or call they are willing to help in anyway my doctor always asks how the meds are helping or if I need a higher or lower dose sometimes a completely different medication ty for all that u do
I have had a great experience with the entire staff. They understand the challenges that come along with neurodivergence and are helpful with reminding you of appointments and scheduling right away.
