I have been banking with Truist ( Suntrust) for years and they have the best customer service. I used to go to the Mallory Branch and dealt with David- he is simply the best! He now works at the Cool Springs Branch and of course, this is my branch now! Exceptional customer service and always so helpful.
Very poor service from the administrative staff. The manager has poor hygiene and smells bad. He should have some decency.
Really unpleasant place to do business. Rules are constantly changing and nine times out of 10 I walk out feeling so frustrated. Will be looking for a new bank. Such a shame because it didn’t used to be like this. Signed, Customer of nearly 25 years
