They were so nice and helpful!
Was in the area for a few weeks and had to stop by the branch a few times. All the workers are extremely friendly and courteous. I do feel sorry for the workers who have to deal with the people of poquoson. Never have I seen so many unpleasant and mean people. This Truist is the only bright spot in this sad sad area with these disgusting people.
I just spent an hour or 2 with Tiffany ,The manager at the bank . She was friendly, positive, and upbeat throughout the entire difficult process. By the Way, she completed it excellently. Even though my problem had been addressed by others. And had dragged on for months. Thanks Tiffany!
Michelle is THE WORST. So rude. Disrespectful. Doesn’t acknowledge you when you’re standing right in front of her. We avoid this bank at all costs that is 2 seconds from the house bc of this lady. The absolute worst attitude.
