Everyone is very nice. Don't have to wait for someone to assist you.
This is the local neighborhood bank. I moved here from out of state and my bank does not have a branch located closer than 2 1/2 hours away. Stopped by today just to try and exchange a $20 bill that my dog "disassembled". The teller, although not impolite, but definitely indifferent, stated that this bank would only do so for account holders. Well, as I shop for banks to move my accounts to in this area, Truist is one absolutely off the list. My accounts aren't going to make or break any bank ... but I sure do miss the human... read more
