I would give 0 stars if I could. I called to cancel my service several months ago, but TruGreen continued coming to my property and performing services anyway. Now they’re trying to charge me for services I specifically requested to cancel. To make matters worse, I called customer service twice, and both representatives hung up on me. I then contacted the Rochester branch hoping someone could resolve the issue, but the person I spoke with was rude and completely unhelpful.
