They’ll take your call when it comes to subscriptions, but once you realize they aren't delivering the services, the agents just hang up on you—they are the absolute worst. Is very bad services; today call 3 times ande the last one the agent finish the call ...because I didn't agree with them—it was awful. To me, it's a scam; they offer a maintenance guarantee, but it's fake—they don't actually guarantee anything, because if you file a claim, they automatically charge you. It's terrible.
Exceed expectations always
Trugreen fixed us up treating a few rogue fire ant hills covered under original treatment. They came quickly and we were very happy.
Poor communication in last service when the company change the schedule.
